process
I am inspired by the environment around my home and source my materials from a variety of indigenous plants including mango leaf, teak leaf, eucalyptus bark, pomegranate skins, lac sticks and experiment with many other floras with their own unique hues.

The dyes are converted to a variety of my favorite textiles including linens, cotton and hemp. It is always exciting to see the colors around my house transpired into a piece of cloth that would eventually be worn by someone else.

The motivation to use natural ingredients for my dyes stems from the abundance of beauty around my home but also to ensure a safe working environment for my son, and creates products that will be safe for my users.

Once the dye has dried, I begin to cut, process, and sew the fabrics into different pieces for my collection.

I accent my pieces with some leather work and sew everything into shape.
